I'm suing Huntington bank for Theft and Fraud. They do not stand behind their customers through instances of identity theft and fraud. Your money is not safe with Huntington. Do not bank with them and pull your money out. They sent me 10 letters saying that information I provided was inconsistent with other information leaving me with no recourse to get my money back for 3 charges I did not make but to sue. COUNT 1 – FRAUD Plaintiff has a bank account where the bank is under obligation to give compensation for unauthorized card usage in the event of fraud. And the bank entity did not hold to their responsibility behaving negligently. The Defendant demonstrated negligence in the client-bank partnership by conducting its practices willfully, maliciously, knowingly and negligently. It is common knowledge that your bank should refund any money stolen from you as a result of fraud and identity theft. The reason the public trusts their money with banks is that it carries the widely known about implication that the money will be safe under their care and here it was not. COUNT 2 – THEFT The Defendant demonstrated theft by taking money and not standing by and representing the Plaintiff through the fraudulent disputes. The money was taken willfully and maliciously knowing that the Plaintiff was not in Las Vegas where the charges occurred. The Defendant took the full amount of the money willfully and with intent not to provide any compensation rendered for no service or product that was received with Plaintiff having no knowledge that the charges were occurring in Plaintiff’s absence. The Defendant is in violation and breach of the client and bank fiduciary duty to fail in its bank responsibilities that are publicly known to all. DAMAGES WHEREFORE, Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages in the amount of $678.75 plus court costs for no service or product received for fraudulent transactions done in Las Vegas, NV while the Plaintiff was home in Northern MI that Huntington Bank holds a responsible of refunding. The Plaintiff is willing to take a lie detector test proving that she had no knowledge of the transactions if Huntington will pay for it at $150.

Kind and helpful staff. It’s definitely a more trafficked location than other branches and banks that are located in more suburban locations or stand along buildings. Only negative comment is that the staff does seem to change frequently at this location but the level of help and positive attitude never seems to change. Go elsewhere if you are offended by a 3 minute wait to speak with someone, this is a small office in a dense neighborhood. The convenience of location and friendly staff FAR outweighs the possibility of a short wait.

Terrible customer service! 5 teller stations with 3 open. 2 tellers help other customers while I stood in line 10 minutes before the teller that was open ask me to come up. I also was not greeted by staff; my first and last time visiting this branch.

While like others Ive had some issues w HUNTINGTON BANK, over all I am good where I am after 7+ yrs with them. Yes, there are some fees that come up and you question them but thats part of the economy. Its your money, if youre arent happy w services at least talk to them b4 closing your account or posting about it on social media or Google reviews. I found just by walking in and talking to reps things get resoved quickly and to my satisfaction everytime. Their support for the community in Columbus, Ohio is AMAZING.

I have been going to this bank for the past 5 years never had an experience like today...banker name Mark told me I didn’t have an account with them and doesn’t see anything on his computer, while I have my account pulled up on my phone...he was not interested in taking steps like calling they’re 1800 number or whatsoever to the point where I just said forget it and walked out. Bad experience
