Brandy and her company are absolutely amazing ! Brandy makes sure that any and all our needs are met ! She and her company does it all! She finds us a place in the town we currently find ourselves in every few months and makes sure it is completely furnished and set up. If any problem ever arises she is on top of it 100% and makes sure whatever problem it is that it is handled within a timely manner. We love Brandy and her company. Look no further fellow travelers! This company is AMAZING! We have been using Brandy and her people for well over a year and they have never once failed us !

I have been using Hunter Temp Housing for about 2 years now dealing with Brandy directly she has been awesome and has made every move in and out as easy as possible. I've been in Las Cruces NM sense September of last year now I'm moving back to El Paso TX to start another project and Brandy is already working on more housing for me. Great company to be working with no worries on anything. Thanks again Shawn T.

The only reason this company is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because of an individual I worked with who helped me out quite a bit. Nevertheless, this company is an absolute mess and my experience was, overall, quite miserable. I arrived at Holloman AFB for an extended TDY (work trip) and had made arrangements to stay at a local apartment for the 5 months I was scheduled to be there. Right off the bat, my room was not ready when I arrived and I had to stay in a hotel. Fortunately after several phone calls my contact with Hunter picked up and paid for me to stay in the holiday inn that night. When I checked in the next day, I noticed that the entire apartment was covered in disgusting coarse black hair. There was also no microwave. Those were my first impressions. The furniture was ok, and the apartment had plenty of space, but it still did not seem to justify the $2000/month price the government was being charged for an entry-level 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Alamogordo, NM filled with Ikea level furniture. Overall though I appreciated the amount of space, and after a week or two I got a microwave. Things went smoothly for a couple months until I had an issue with the government reimbursing me for leave I took over Christmas. I had a verbal approval from my initial contact that he would settle that, but then he got fired for underselling apartments or something. I then worked with another contact who, it is fair to say, was understanding and helped me quite a bit and is again the only reason why this review is a 2 star and not a 1 star. That being said, near the end of my demanding AF training program, just as things were beginning to get more intense and I was getting ready to graduate, I was forced to leave the apartment. I had an understanding with the person I initially signed the lease with that I would be able to extend the lease on a day-by-day or week-by-week basis because my training program had no set end date and I was supposed to leave whenever I was complete. However, after he was fired I was then given an ultimatum to provide a final move-out date, even though I had explained several times that I did not have the flexibility to know when I would actually be complete with training. I had to pack up all my things and move into a hotel for the last two weeks I was in training and needless to say it put a lot of extra stress on me at a time that was already quite stressful. It absolutely blew my mind that an organization could bill itself as a "temporary housing" company, yet not have the flexibility to ensure that its military customers would have a place to live for the duration of their stay. This is especially shocking considering the number of people who go through AF training at Holloman and stay in Alamogordo for months at a time. I am far from the only person who was in this situation, and nobody else in my class of 15 people or any of the classes before or after us had a similar issue. If you are coming to Holloman for IQT or some other course where your grad date is up in the air, I would strongly recommend you avoid this company. If they are still in business in Alamogordo. I would stay at a "crash pad" if you are comfortable with potentially living with a few strangers. You also have the option to lease an apartment at the same complex that Hunter works at (las ventanas) and rent furniture through a third party. Your overall cost will still be far less than what Hunter charges and well below the lodging allowance. You can also stay at Hunter's ridge which is 5-10 min closer to the base and rents their furnished apartments out themselves rather than a third-party managing company that rents all its furniture from a warehouse, leases an apartment, and in turn sub-lets it to you. It's a lot of coordination and honestly a mess. Their business might be successful with other customers who do not require as much flexibility, but for anyone in the military I would absolutley avoid Hunter.
