  I love this gym! I've been looking for a new gym since moving to third ward and found Muscleheadz. I've been a member and training with Erica since February and I can't express how great it's been and how much progress I've made! The prices are incredibly cheaper than others in the area but the quality of the training is still A+. In the other reviews it mentions the atmosphere and attitude of the gym and they are correct. Everyone is welcoming and the trainers are helpful. The gym itself is big with an outdoor that has a range of different tires and the area is big enough to do sprints. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great gym that's not expensive!

  I started working out with Marcus about 10 months ago and my body and confidence has changed dramatically! I’m able to buy the clothes I want to wear and even got a promotion at work. Having the right trainer speaks for itself and it should show in your everyday life. Franco has always pushed met and encourage me when working out with Marcus which can get challenging because Marcus is about results and getting you where you want to be.

  My experience at this gym has been great! Day one I stepped in there the owners were very welcoming. The location is very convenient for me as I live and work near downtown. I train with Franco twice a week and he is honestly the best trainer! He explains and demonstrates the workouts, he is very patient, easy going, and very knowledgeable of what he is doing. I followed him when he moved to this gym because he makes me feel comfortable in a place where I used to be intimidated to show up. I highly recommend him as a trainer for anyone who is in search of taking their workouts to the next level!

  Franco and Marcus are two of the most humble, hardworking, and caring trainers I’ve met. They have built their brand on integrity and their passion for helping others! I can’t count how many times I’ve seen them extend themselves to others to just offer support, motivation or tips on training without any expectation of getting paid. They genuinely just care about helping people become the best version of themselves. The extent people are going to tarnish their reputation based on false accusations is so unfortunate. Stop with the negativity and be honest in your reviews.

  I love this gym! Franco doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable in any type or form. He’s very professional and so is Marcus. Everyone greets me. I’ve seen amazing results and lost weight thanks to Franco!!!! And I will continue to have Franco as my trainer. He’s amazing! Highly recommend.
