  I'd give them 10 stars if I could! As a ZIP member I was treated in a fantastic manner with unexpected ugrades and royal treatment. As a local bride they were wonderful on EVERY level from doormen to front desk to the concierge. My wedding party loved staying here. Plus it's a super fun Uptown location. My wedding party loved the "ZaZa Longhorn Shuttle" which was almost always available. And their coffee tastes great!😉

  It's extremely expensive if all you need is a room. There were SEVERAL administrative errors: WiFi password was given to me incorrectly, tax exemption form wasn't applied, my room wasn't ready at 7pm and then suddenly it was, they weren't interested in booking my next stay at checkout. On the whole, it's a lot of hype for a so-so experience. The bed was comfortable, but the "concept room" upgraded that I didn't request put me in the "Austin Powers" room: There was a "Department of Defense" seal on the door (I'm a pacifist), there was a bank of lava lamps creating a veritable fountain of light that I could only turn off by unplugging them, and I couldn't do that all at once. The lava lamps took up the available power outlets, so I had to work to charge my phone and tablet by the bed. It was really stupid--I've never actually seen the movie, so perhaps I might have been more impressed if I had. I will stay here again, but only because it's literally around the corner from the place I'm visiting for work. I'd certainly NEVER stay here for pleasure. It's just too much work.

  I was beyond pleased with our stay in The Bohemian concept suite where we had a lovely view away from the pool where there was a deejay and a suite that perfectly suited our needs. From the dessert upon entrance to the fun atmosphere at the bar in the evening, it was a good time all around. I’m looking forward to our next staycation!

  The staff is Awesome. If you find yourself going. There is a concierge there by the name of Tony Gomez. If he could turn water into wine I would call him Jesus. Absolutely goes over and above to make sure your stay is great!!!

  Amazing hotel that knows how to take care of its guests. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. The gym was probably one of the best I have been to at a hotel. The spa was really nice and the people that work there are really great. The location was close to lots of stores and it's a short walk to the shopping district.
