  Overcharged most of our guests' rooms for room service they did not order or receive. They orginally agreed on a discount for the bride and groom of the wedding and then overcharged them for the room. Many people in our wedding party were overcharged.

  For a wedding, the hotel was the shuttle pick up. Parking was easy, the front desk was helpful, but they didn't know anything about the shuttle and neither did valet. With that said, I don't blame them for the confusion. Really pretty inside

  Tasteful and Elegant! The rooms were recently updated and they did a fantastic job. Large TV, great mattress, and fantastic sheets. Highly recommended.

  I had a gift certificate and selected the facial and pedicure. Both were wonderful. Ask for Steven for a pedicure. We had such a fun conversation and he did a great job. Loved the relaxing facial. The included lunch was a choice of a packaged sandwich or a custom salad. I loved the salad and it was pretty big. Bottled water was extra and expensive. I bought a turkey club to take home to my son and it was huge. I ended up sharing it with my son later and it was delicious! It was $12, but worth it. The first 3 hours of parking are free if you have your ticket validated, but I was over that by 30 minutes and paid $3. All in all, I enjoyed the pampering, but my income would not allow me to go again. Wish I could.

  Beau Nash, the hotel bar, was great! Kelly and Shelby were our bartenders and they were both very knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere is great for a drink or 2 with your significant other. They've also got a phenomenal selection of Champagne by the glass. They must have overheard me telling my wife happy birthday because out of nowhere, they brought us an awesome sunday to share in celebration. That's great service! I'd highly recommend stopping in for a drink at the bar.
