  I must say, for a Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotel in San Francisco, this is definitely one of the much better, cleaner, and nicer ones that I know of. Rooms are well maintained. You won't have a Private Bathroom of your own (However they keep the bathrooms clean at all times). It's managed by a Indian family that are very nice and pleasant. I would recommend this place for a person that is watching their budget, and perfect location if your looking to go bar hopping on historic Polk Street. The property location is very centrally located in pretty much the exact center of SF and easy to find, only 2 blocks over from Van Ness Avenue (US 101). I will stay here again for sure. It may not be the Hilton, but definitely In the top of the list for SRO's in the city.

  Hotel allows criminals to stay in their rooms. These pieces of trash used numerous stolen credit cards to purchase food for delivery from a local restaurant. God knows what else they are doing inside their room, probably making fake credit cards. Avoid.

  Awesome LED lighting along with large flat screen TV's. NICE STAY, upkept well, genuine people, great prices. Not the Hilton or Ritz Carlton, but definitely a more reasonable solution for the price.

  Clean rooms at a good price. Plus I was allowed to bring my cat. Anything you need/want is close by & within walking distance.
