  Very friendly staff, great location, great room. Only shame that the (free) breakfast was minimal at best. Don't take your decision to stay there based on the free breakfast, you'll end up going somewhere else anyway.

  This place has the most attentive and friendly staff willing to help or bring anything we need, especially more wine :) The nightly wine and cheese appetizers at 7:00pm made for an excellent opportunity to mingle and get to know other guests, some of whom we met there and ended up going out to dinner with. The rooms are well appointed, clean and extremely comfortable. The central location in the city is the perfect place to go and explore San Francisco from every direction. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

  Excellent. Lots of little perks, friendly staff, clean rooms. We prefer staying at places with charm as opposed to big hotels and this was one of the best we've been to in SF.

  Felt like this hotel had thought of everything. Fresh fruit on arrival, cookies before bed, wine reception, and wonderful breakfast were included. Having almond milk available at breakfast was a particularly nice touch. Room was ready when I arrived early. Centrally located with easy access to all parts of town. Would definitely stay here again!

  I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the perfect size. There is lots of storage, mirrors and closet space making it great for a week long trip. The internet was solid and I enjoyed the breakfast!
