::Really pretty hotel and friendly staff. However, note that the pool is on the 4th floor of the building, not rooftop, and the hotel is surrounded by other tall buildings. If you're looking for a getaway where pool lounging in the sun is a priority I would think twice. If not, this hotel is beautifully decorated and in a convenient spot in downtown LA.

::The hotel is in a great location in downtown, steps away from shopping and food. The service is great and the rooms are spacious and comfy. We had a great view of the staples center from our room. Overall we had a great time.

::Everything seems well maintained. Excellent amenities. Convenient downtown location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The in-room air conditioner and bathroom ventilation are quieter than most hotels. Overall, great value for a quality hotel.

::The staff here is helpful and friendly. The room service was prompt, but my steak was not hot when I received it. The "store" in the lobby is convenient, self checkout is easy, it you can pay the front desk associates as well. The rooms are well equipped, and even near the elevator I had no issues with noise. I couldn't hear the construction taking place in front of the hotel. The beds are comfortable.

::We were there for a night but the customer service was great from beginning to end. My husband and I and another couple would like to acknowledge Ruben for being attentive and helpful and made our stay a memorable one. We were there March 2nd to March 3rd 2018 to celebrate our birthdays! Thank You Ruben for your excellence service and great hospitality. We will return for sure.
