  The first few days were good and then things went downhill very quickly. Towels weren't picked up, beds were disheveled, and there was no tidying up completed. We were constantly asking for additional towels and pillows as they weren't replenished. Housekeeping really dropped the ball and concierge didn't seem to care about the issues. I truly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even though the location is supreme. There are definitely other places that are cleaner and with friendlier staff than Hotel Hayden.

  The staff are very approachable and are happy to care to your requests, granted it's in their scope of practice. The only issue I have is the fitness center, which is a rack of dumbbells up to 45lbs, two treadmills, and one elliptical. This probably isn't a huge concern to most people

  There was a surprise birthday party there tonight. The setting was lovely. The staff was attentive and professional. The good was plentiful, served on time and delicious! Very nice! I'd recommend it!

  Wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly, Sandra the conceriege went out of her way to make the trip special as it was our first visit to the city. Rooms are clean and the most comfortable beds around. Need a work out? Forgot your gear, no problem just ask they have new balance gear for use

  Hotel staff was friendly. The price for parking was affordable compared to other hotels nearby, and though we ended up using valet parking, having the option to self park for even less contributed to oue decision to stay here. The location was okay. Past midnight on Sunday there was not a good selection of food nearby. However, food delivery was very fast.
