  Staff is great! Hotel is good. They also have truck parking.

  The one weekend I stayed there, they put me on a floor of all teenagers soccer players. All night long, kids would knock on my door asking for one of their friends. And I mean all night! Lol the next weekend was very quiet however, the ice machine was broke on my floor.... and both times... the keys needed to be Re-keyed everytime we left our rooms. That was very inconvenient... it seemed to happen to more than just us also. But friendly staff.... decent rooms.... good breakfast.

  Bye far the best experience staying at a Holiday inn Express. Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean. And they have truck parking.

  Visit regularly. Great hotel but room AC units often have issues and closet doors off in many rooms Cookies are great. Managers reception is nice but food/appitizers usually is not good, needs fresh food. Pancake maker broken last 2 or 3 times I visited.

  This Holiday Inn Express was in rougher shape than the average IHG property. My husband and I stayed here less than 5 years ago and we're shocked at how run down its become. The elevator makes horrible clunking and banging noises, so we just took the stairs. The 3rd floor (where our room was) was falling apart. Missing wallpaper, loose molding, and stained carpet. The desk clerk assured me that they weren't under improvement's when I asked him about the mess, so I'm not sure what was happening. Stained furniture in the lobby too. Just kind of sad, honestly. I still gave 3 stars because the room was clean and the breakfast was fresh and refilled quickly. For the price though ($140/night after taxes & fees), we will definitely stay elsewhere next time in Henderson.
