  I stayed here the first night I moved to Las Vegas.... I'm glad it was only one night. I now live directly across the street in the senior apartments and I can tell you that Siena Suites is a dump. While the whole neighborhood is faced with a homeless problem. Siena houses some really edgy characters. The police are there frequently, I have seen them running across the parking lot with guns drawn on more than one occasion. The Jack in the Box , Mini Mart, and Liquor Store at the corner are a mess, a lot of down on their lucks hanging around several whom I see going back to rooms at Siena. If you're going to stay along Boulder Highway do yourself a favor and go a little further south in Henderson. Cleaner and Safer for you

  As far as "weeklies" go this is one of the best ones I've seen. The rooms are nice and spacious, the grounds are clean and pretty, the pool and jacuzzi area looks really nice and clean too and the overall caliber of people seems better as well, both guests and staff. The price is a little higher than other weeklies but if you can afford it, in my opinion, it is quite worth it.

  I Love that this place is Pet Friendly!!! Siena Suites location is only a short drive to the strip or downtown Vegas, The Price is fair for the size of the accommodation. My room included a kitchenette with a living room, two beds in seperate rooms with there own bathrooms. Great place for a lengthy stay....discount at the popular omelette house across the street. Siena Suites is off the strip near a neighborhood, it is a place that people often live for weeks at a time. Siena Suites is a three story building with no elevators in some (or all) of the buildings.

  Front desk staff is great. Manager very friendly and hands-on. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Laundry rooms are sometimes messy. Trash on lawns not picked up often enough. A few irresponsible DOG owners...not picking up after their pets. Pool and hot tub should be cleaned more. Overall a good experience.

  I personally enjoyed this place. It's a reasonable price for an apartment Style hotel room where you have a separate bedroom and living room, a full size fridge, a full size stove, and the TV in each room. However, the area the facility in is not the greatest and there are some less than desirable individuals that seem to live there. The staff was all super friendly and very helpful. The furniture and the carpet could definitely be updated and were rather run down, but for the price I wasn't complaining about the small stuff! I would much rather stay in a place like this for a fraction of the cost of staying at one of the major hotels on the strip so that I have more money to spend being a tourist on the Vegas Strip!
