  Had a great stay on a business trip. Unlike many midrange hotels these days, this one provided room cleaning service each day without me even having to ask. Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated and absolutely met my expectations. Good location with quick access to the highway and downtown. My room even had a nice view of the mountains. I would stay here again.

  This hotel is wonderful. I have had to book their rooms on many occasions due to needing to be close to UC Memorial Central during a family member’s long hospital stay. They treated me kindly and professionally. Their breakfasts are fantastic. The rooms are clean. I have no complaints. I have stayed in other Holiday Inns, including a newer one in a neighboring city, and I prefer this one. Thank you so much

  Great place for our overnight stay in Colorado Springs. Great and clean rooms and pillows and bed. Great showers and bathrooms. Helpful staff. Free breakfast is an extra bonus. Good variety to fill you up. Indoor pool and tub is also very relaxing. Bookmarking this for future stays

  My wife and I stayed here two nights and the level of service we received 🙌 was impeccable. We originally had an issue with a faulty office chair and another chair was uncomfortable as the hotel is in the middle of upgrading some of its furniture. Long story short the hotel didn't have another chair so they upgraded us to a suite and added a discount. We had a great view of downtown Colorado Springs and plenty of extra room. And actually the best thing about this experience is that I now what to stay at the holiday Inn hotels if available and also stay in a suite if available and in the budget. #Thanks

  Let me say first off, I work at an IHG hotel in my home state, so I might be a bit biased. Originally the stay was only supposed to supposed to be for two nights, but I ended up having to stay longer and it was great. I was going to mention some people by name in this review but everyone was so awesome, from management to front desk to maintenance to housekeeping, it would just be too many names to mention. I like this property I like the people who work here. I had a great stay! The rooms were clean housekeeping was on point. If I needed anything after hours the front desk was more than happy to accommodate. I highly recommend this location.
