  Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and the shower was amazing. Clean. Pool is open 24 hours however it is only 3'6" deep. The hot tub was out of order during my stay and the soda machine is $2 and the one on my floor was broken. The overnight room service menu is overpriced and pathetic with very little to offer. The most exciting thing on it was a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Considering this is supposed to be one of the best hotels in the Springs, I wasn't super impressed with the amenities.

  Stayed here for 4 nights. Pleasant enough experience. Had friendly service, decent food. Main thing I'd note is the general quality is not what I would expect for a 4-star hotel.There were gaps around the plumbing in my bathroom. Bathroom had a shower and no tub which wasn't what I'd expect from a proper hotel. Nothing bad about my experience, but I feel like you may get better bang for your buck elsewhere. Big plus would be view from our room. We had a downtown facing room that had an incredible view of downtown. We typically spent our time in our room sitting by the window looking out on the town.

  Stayed the night in the Founders Suite. Amazing room with amazing views of pikes peak! The staff is great and the restaurant downstairs makes great food! The entire experience was that of luxury. I would stay here again without hesitation!

  This was an absolutely amazing hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The shower was perfect and had more than enough hot water! The only thing I was sad and bummed about was the hot tub was down and couldn't be used. And the pool wasn't very warm or heated. That was the only part I was super sad and bummed about. Other than that, it was amazing and the valet was really awesome and they took care of my car too! I hope you stay there again soon!

  Really comfortable overnight stay. Everything was spotless and well kept. Wonderful pillows and bed coverings. Unfortunately, hot tub was inoperable. Good breakfast. Note to decorators: the gold plastic wainscoting in the hallways is awful! Much better to have painted walls and a few paintings. Easy validated parking. Best hotel gift shop.
