  The best, friendliest, coolest, uniquest hardware store you could hope you find. They'll help you diagnose and identify old hardware problems, fix what can be fixed, or sell you what you need to replace and what needs replacing. And a dollar goes much farther here than it does at those big box stores.

  Great place...I found 4 matching ornate legs for our antigue claw foot tub! Yeah!! Very freindly and helpful staff!! :)

  Hippo is AWESOME!!!! I found 3 glass lamp shades that went together for our livingroom floor lamps. Jennifer is AWESOME in her knowledge of the different kinds of styles an types that you could possibly want or need. And the best part, if you don't like it, or if it doesn't work, once you get it home, take it back with your receipt, an they will buy it back. I could spend hours upon hours just looking at all the cool 😎 items in there!!!! You even get a history lesson, if you want to hear the stories one gentleman has to share!!!! I learned 2 stories!!!! Happy Hippo Hunting!!!!

  Hippo Hardware is an awesome place for architectural salvage of every kind! We lucked into it when were looking for used furniture, and the guys at What's New suggested we check out Hippo. They have a huge selection of old doors and windows, plus lamps and lighting fixtures of all kinds. We're going back to look for antique hardware for some older furniture as soon as we get measurements and pictures. The antique hardware selection is out of this world!

  If you need hardware of any kind you will find it here! On the spendy side but totally worth it. I love just wandering around the three stories of goodness.
