  Be very wary of this building and apartment if you rent or airbnb. The owner, Essam Abdallah, is very shady and conducts in bad business practice. I rented a room for a 3 month period and did not receive my security deposit back even after leaving the room clean and without damage. They will find any way to steal your security deposit with false claims and over exaggerations. Currently in the processes of suing for my security deposit in court. There are better places in the surrounding area owned by commercial real estate companies that will give you a better experience. Avoid Essam Abdallah and this apartment at all costs.
