::Original sausage and brisket were amazing. Chili was good, but nothing to write home about. Washing it down with a decent draft selection made this an excellent meal. My service at the bar was sub-par - hence 4 stars - but I'd definitely go back.

::Great BBQ. Tried brisket and chicken. Both are great but go for brisket. Really nice "marketplace" system that makes things smooth and fast. Cool cucumber salad my absolute side favorite. Only complaint is customer service. It can be improved and they really don't need servers/waiters. Will come again!

::Great spot for a family. Prices are excellent by DC standards and the food has great flavour. Staff was exceptional. We went there twice during happy hour and both times the red and white Sangria option was not available. Once, yea ok, but twice with the second time being 20 minutes after happy hour started?? Apart from that, all good. Recommend

::Fantastic food! Very fun set up and atmosphere. The brisket is some of the best I’ve had and I smoke my own. The tea also lives up to southern standards. Also if you’re gluten free, they are very good about cross contamination, just let them know and they will take care of you!

::Very busy DC BBQ joint. Service is spotty, but table waits are shorter than most surrounding sit down restaurants. They turn the tables very quickly, the environment is designed to get people in and out quickly. Fortunately the food holds up, even though you have to order from a cafeteria-style line. Worth a visit if you like good smoked meat. You can also get carry-out, which might be a better option for many.
