  I went to Herzog’s when I decided to redecorate my master bedroom. So happy that I did! Their interior designer, Mary Lou, was simply amazing, offering us many excellent ideas for a new look. She was also very patient as we went through Herzog’s wide selection of high quality paint, wallpaper and window coverings. We ended up doing an accent wall with grass cloth wallpaper, which I never would have thought of and looks fantastic! The rest of the staff are also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The man who helped me to my car with the wallpaper was extra careful in positioning the box to prevent any chance that it would bend, which I really appreciated. And Mary Lou was a great resource when my contractor had a question about how to hang the blinds that we purchased. Thanks Herzog’s, I’ll be back!

  I really needed some help designing my new breezeway and I was not disappointed, thanks to Mary Lou's super ideas for color and fabric choices. All the staff were very knowledgable and I couldn't be happier with the results.

  Herzog's Fishkill store has a very knowledgeable staff and the design assistance was incredible! Choosing colors was a breeze with Mary Lou's amazing color sense and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

  Very helpful staff. I brought in some old paint left by the prior owners of my house. They helped mix it, gave me supplies to filter out any clumps in the can, and boxed everything up to protect against a leak found in the old can. I'll definitely return when it comes time to paint again.

  Don't waste your time. Sales staff acts as though they have a chip on their shoulder. They can't match paint. They have two machines, one of which can't calibrate to the color chips. (We found this out after putting paint on the wall , waiting for it to dry and finding it didn't match the sample. ) The only salvaging grace is their consultant Christina. If she isn't there, just go right back out the door .
