  More closely detailed directions to garage when leaving with rental...but more importantly.....where the heck to go in the concrete jungleon return....sb more signs in garage...and Hertz sb giving easy read detailed flow chart to find RETURN CAR parking only for Hertz....THE GARAGE IS A NIGHTMARE

  I had problems with this place almost a year ago. I just wanted to come back to tell everyone that they still suck. And no one should ever rent from here. Employees were awful. Michael was useless. Their customer relation employees were cowards and non-apologetic. You will be more happy by crawling on your hands and knees to get wherever you need to go than working with these guys. You would also probably get quicker as well.

  Had trouble finding it because small office on west side of building. Worth the extra effort for great customer service and reasonable prices. Bonus is after hour drop off.

  Waited 1.5 hours for my car, it only had half a tank, then I tried to contact them regarding tolls and I still haven't been able to figure it out online- so I'll probably end up paying for a toll violation instead of the simple small toll fee as a result. Terrible experience overall with this specific location as well as Hertz in general. I will never book with Hertz again. Avoid this location at all costs.

  I wish I had read these reviews before I paid for my car rental online . I reserved and paid for a car a month ago and when I came to pick it up at 8am they said they had no cars and that I could be waiting for an hour! Well it's been over two hours now and it looks like I am going to miss my appointment in LA ! This is so FRUSTRATING! They knew I was coming (they have had my money for a month!) So why don't they have ANY cars? There are so many people waiting I am sitting on the floor. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! I would leave and go to another rental agency but I have already paid!!!!!! So angry and the people working seem like they deal with this everyday and don't even care at all! I left plenty of time to get to my appointment and now I will miss it for no reason. Even though they only rent cars, and it is their only job, they can't seem to manage it!
