Made some of process harder than needed. Did give me some trouble over credit/debit card. No car was available when I walked out, then one came in after I asked for help and walked a miled, which seemed inconvenient for the girl working in the area. The gentleman behind the counter was kind enough, especially for a customer service job. Hertz had the best pricing for my trip, and I've used them before. Overall, fine. Car is okay. Runs, though is has also made some strange noise that'd make me nervous if I owned the car.

The staff was very polite and respectful. They jumped to help me it was so nice getting that level of service. My flight changed at the last minute and they still had an excellent vehicle for me. A nice thing about renting a vehicle is you get to see if you would want to buy a vehicle like the rental car. I definitely would go to Hertz in Boston again. I forget the lovely ladies name in the booth but she was the nicest and most helpful person ever at a car rental store.

Arrive 10.30pm on Monday with reservation and there is no car for me or any of the of the others 50 people across every hertz level. It is below 35 degrees and they have us waiting in the freezing garage. It does not make any sense. They are handing out vouchers of $50 to expend with them. They better get their act together at Logan Airport

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. We got in around 1130 pm and we’re told that I could not rent a car because I had a debit card. I had rented two other cars that week one of them being through hertz and used my debit card with no problem I was just told that they had to run my credit which I was completely okay with. I live an hour from Boston and I was almost stranded there at midnight with no way of getting home. By the way it only applies to those with a mass license! Luckily I was traveling with someone from Rhode Island and they could do the transaction. The number of cars I rent a year I will never rent from Hertz again. By far the worst experience

Convenient and located immediately after the departure stop. We did Gold Club check in which lead us down to the garage where they had our vehicle (upgraded!) ready for us after answering a few questions and verifying my identity. Dropping the vehicle off at the end of our trip was a breeze, too. Just followed the signs and the attendants directions to a long row of other cars. We unpacked while the attendant went over the exterior and interior inspection. Bing bang boom, all done and on our way to the terminal. Very simple, will use again!
