Went to pick up an item that the website said was in stock. None at the store. Funny that the associate suggested I order one on Amazon for quick delivery!

Super friendly crew, every time I’ve been in since moving to Seattle, there’s always someone eager to help and chat. Not the cheapest place to buy goods, but at the end of the day I’m still a fan. Thanks for being small town in a big city :)

Lots of items to offer in the store. The staff is always super helpful. They have a great supply of "loose" screws, nails, nuts etc. There is a paint section, garden, HVAC, tools. The parking lot is small, but parking has never been a problem thus far. For a small store the place is packed with merchandise. They keep store stocked and clean.

It is so nice to have a hardware store downtown! I have been able to pick up many supplies for my home without going out of my way to one of the big box stores. My only gripe is to get your keys made elsewhere. I tried to get the same key duplicated over three times and they didn't work. That makes three SEPARATE trips to try to get a single key made. Not good, no matter how close they are.

I feel a bit bad about leaving this review only because it’s based upon my one time visit and interaction with one employee but it needs to be addressed. I’m female, I went with my boyfriend, when I went to check out the guy at the cash register completely ignored me and only addressed my boyfriend despite the fact that I was the one holding the product and a credit card. My boyfriend was even off to the side and yet the guy said “ how are you doing sir? Did you find everything okay sir? Sir do you have a membership card?” It was incredibly rude and sexist. I realize this doesn’t reflect the company but it definitely makes me never want to go back.
