  This was my first time ever buying hair and they made it such an enjobable experience. They are truly kind and very informative. I love the quality of the hair and it had so much volume!!!!   This place has good quality hair and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. My girlfriend is extremely happy with her hair. She highly recommends this place to anyone who is looking for high quality hair.

  Purchased in Dec after having already installed bad hair. At Her imports they GUARANTEED that the hair will bounce back with the curl pattern. WRONG. Not only did it not come back after 1 washing. It sheds like crazy and after washing it 8x's the hair still smells. I paid $400 dollars for 3 bundles. It only looks good when you flat iron it. And they do not respond when you reach out to them to complain and attempt to resolve. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Her IMPORTS is not honest about their hair and the quality of it.

  I love her imports, I get all of my bundles from them ranging from clearance to premium. The hair is quality hair and they often run deals and promotions which I take advantage of. I am a frequent visitor of the Miami location and recently tried the Mongolian tight curl which I love!!! I was skeptical but she was very helpful and patient as I made up my mind and I eventually decided to give it the green light and I am in love! Keep it up Her Imports and you all will continue to have a customer in me!
