  NEVER! I repeat NEVER go here to get your makeup done. This is the first time I have ever given a negative review in my life. I explained to them on the phone that I had a big event that I needed my makeup done and need someone amazing! They were so nice on the phone and assured me their makeup artist was amazing. That I had found the right place and their makeup artist does great work. First of all the makeup artist did not even know what highlighter was! The makeup that she used was old, cheap, and dirty! The brushes were absolutely filthy! She didn't even have makeup for clients she was using makeup from the ladies who worked at the salon! The ladies that worked at the salon kept making faces while I was getting it done. The lady who seemed to be the owner even came over to comment to the lady doing my makeup that it wasn't looking to great. But she still proceeded to charge me full price! I have never been so disappointed in my life. My makeup looked absolutely awful! If I could give zero stars I would. I did not have time to redo my makeup before my event either. It looked like a blind 5 year old did my makeup. She put blue eyeshadow on the edges of my eyelids. The foundation was cakey didn't match. There was no primer, setting spray nothing. This women knew nothing about makeup! She didn't know how to do eyeliner. She didn't have liquid liner, one foundation and powder color, one old clumpy mascara, she didn't even have fake eyelashes. She used eyeshadow for bronzer and contour and used it to highlight after I tried to explained what highlight was to her! I doubt this place even has a license to do makeup. Moral of the story SAVE your money and do NOT ever step foot in this establishment.

  Wonderful friendly and clean salon! Come by and be spoiled. :-) Unfortunately this man came in complaining about his wife's hair in order to get a free haircut. The wife called in after not leaving a tip and asked me to give it in her name to my stylist which I did. We do not give free haircuts, our stylists time and effort have to be appreciated. I cannot let any of my stylists not get paid because someone wants a freebie.

  great Salon, Wonderful service, clean and professional they make u feel like family, will come again. I got a superb cut style and color from Noreen, Joa's manicures are the best I have had ever in Miami!

  First of all, my hair stylist Magnolia is great and I wish she didn't work here. THE OWNER OF THE SALON HAS NO IDEA ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife had a horrible experience when they attempted to highlight her hair, that ended up in her not leaving a tip. Today I came to get a haircut and the owner started talking badly about my wife
