I'll preface this statement with the fact that I am a complete ice cream snob... I really enjoyed the ice cream at Hello Honey. It was rich, flavorful, and they topped it with a homemade marshmallow toasted with a blow torch that was superb. I'll definitely be going back!

I stopped by today, They are a small Ice Cream shop in a great location, I saw 12 ice cream flavors and sampled a few- both were amazing! I ended up with the lavender flavor with a big marshmallow on top. SO GOOD. The music was playing not to loud so I could hear my friends, but loud enough to enjoy. It was a very colorful store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had cookies and pie with a torched marshmallow today and it was delightful. Hello Honey never disappoints. Thanks Brian!!!

Our visit left us slightly confused. We wanted ice cream after going to CAC. We chose Hello Honey because the website boasted homemade ice cream with cool options like fresh waffles and torched marshmallows. We arrived less than an hour after they opened and they were โ€œoutโ€ of waffles and marshmallows. Since they supposedly make waffle cones to order, they had no cones whatsoever. We opted for ice cream sandwiches. They were out of the cookies to sandwich the ice cream. So, we only had the option of a scoop in a bowl. Thatโ€™s fine, weโ€™re normally easy to please. At that point, we just felt lucky that they had ice cream! There were seven flavors to choose from. The ice cream was creamy and had a unique flavor. It was very good. The location of the shop was great because itโ€™s close to Fountain Square but, even though it was clean and cute inside, it was eerily quiet. Adding music would greatly help the atmosphere. The ice cream was good enough that we may give it a second chance sometime but, needless to say, we were disappointed with our first visit.
