    I purchased a 2018 RAM 2500 MegaCab and leased a Jeep Compass at the same time. Brian, Anthony and Steve were a pleasure to work with. They found the specific vehicles that I was looking for and went to great lengths to get them for me. They had the best price in the area. They did not keep me hanging around the dealership for hours on end like my past experiences. This dealership will be my first, and probably my only, call when I decide to upgrade again.

    Please see my review on YELP or Dealer Rater, where I explain my experience in full detail. I have had such a horrible experience with this dealership, that I am so disappointed in the Jeep brand as a whole. I leased a vehicle six months ago that has problems internally. The problem has been videotaped by me every time it happened. The GM has been non-existent (an apology for my inconvenience would have been nice) and the service manager has been inadequate. I have been working with an executive from Jeep Headquarters, who has been helpful. The executive wanted Jeff, the service manager, to take the month to test drive my car as my problem is sporadic and happens intermittently. Jeff told this executive that he drove the car 300 miles during the month and could not duplicate the issue. However, I picked up the car today and he only drove it for 25 miles (on the paperwork). In short, I have been completely duped by Jeep Healey Beacon. Luckily, situations like these make me stronger, as I believe in standing up for my rights as a customer. I got sold a defective car from this dealership and they should have worked with me in a more dignified and honest manner. Shame, Shame... Response: Those lease payments were never applied to my account (look it up-another mess up by Jeep), and Jeep Healey did not work to get me those in the first place---I DID with corporate! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in my life! Fact: Chrysler Corporate paid for the loaner for the last service visit, not Jeep Healey. This was stated to me by your service manager and I can post proof from corporate if need be. Moreover, you do not get points for supplying me with a loaner for the first visits being that YOU SOLD ME A LEMON! I contacted corporate by email and that is why there was a last service visit. I can certainly post that email and response by the executive if need be. Readers, please google: Jeep blue screen upon reverse--there is a serious problem with these cars and I am concerned for drivers' safety. This very issue is all over the Jeep blogs. There is even a YouTube video of another disappointed customer with the same problem. Jeep Healey, you have made this the worst experience ever, one that should have been joyful. Use this as a learning experience in order to build more trusting relationships with all customers, especially when there is a problem to be solved and emotions are heightened.     The guys and gals at Healey Brothers are amazing! I have had nothing but amazing experiences in both sales and service. Walking into any car dealership can always be intimidating, especially being female. I am always welcomed with respect and courtesy at Healey Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep whether it be for sales or service. The team here really goes above and beyond when it comes to educating you to feel confident when making any decisions, big or small. When I made the decision to trade in my first Jeep Patriot to lease my second Jeep Patriot Anthony listened to all my wants and needs, answered all my questions, and was able to exceed my expectations in making sure I received what I was looking for! Anytime I am in need of making a service appointment I look forward to speaking with either Megan or Bill, as they both go out of their way to accommodate an appointment that works with my busy schedule! Megan is extremely friendly, polite, and courteous from the time of checking in for my appointment, to seeing that I am able to check out in a timely manor. Bill is absolutely wonderful! I feel confident that any and all services that are done on my Jeep Patriot are done out of necessity and not 'to pull a fast one' on someone who doesn't know much about the mechanics of a car. Bill always takes the time to explain any service that may need to be done, which is always a very comforting feeling when you're not familiar with the ins and outs of mechanics. I have always had amazing experiences working with the team members at Healey Brothers! I look forward to leasing my next Jeep with them in November!

    From the moment we stepped in the door to simply get information regarding the vehicle we were interested in, until we drove off in our new 2018 Dodge Charger Scat Pack our salesman Rich Clark was amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, informative, and genuine. He led us through the process of having our car custom built so that everything and anything we wanted we received. We were kept updated on the progress of our vehicle in the factory as well. The day we took delivery of the vehicle Rich made sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our buying experience. He even took our picture with the vehicle and put it on display on the dealership tv with a congratulatory message. Steve the finance manager was also very efficient and helpful. Overall, a great experience at Healey Brothers Dodge!

    I have bought 2 cars here now, leased actually. I utilize the service packages they offer and have never been upset by this place. The last salesman i used is Manny and I have to say he was great. He was not pushy and worked to get the vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted. I hate the negotiation process in buying a car but this was the smoothest experience I have had. If anybody is thinking about buying or leasing here I highly recommend going to Manny.
