  I was new to xfit when I joined Hayes Barton Crossfit and have loved the community and personal attention that I've gotten from Andrew. He's always super upbeat and encouraging. I've made big strides in my personal fitness and been introduced to great ideas. I've been super impressed with the commitment to stretching after, not just before, a workout to keep limber and injury-free!

  This crossfit gym is incredible! I've been a member for over a year now and can't imagine going anywhere else. The coaches are encouraging and very supportive. This is a true family environment and you will never feel ignored. Great space with purposefully small class sizes so that you get individualized attention and advance your skills. Caters to all fitness levels. You will make awesome friends and will be in the best shape of your life. I got so many compliments at my wedding and it's all owed to this gym! I love HBCF!

  I was so intimidated about joining acrossfit gym and everyone here made me feel SO comfortable. New to the area and needed to meet friends as well this was the perfect way to do so! Love working out here and so happy I’ve met such great people to do it with!

  If you are an elite athlete or personal friends with the coach you will get a great experience. It was brought to my attention that it appeared as if the coach was not coaching me, overtly going out of his way not to interact with me or speak to me. Totally weird vibe that I see was not being imagined. In two months at this box, I don't think I ever had a full conversation with this coach or discussed my goals or progress nor did I improve. I had to seek private intruction elsewhere and 30 minutes corrected my squat. Personal drama was brought in to the box regularly and it just gave off a very unprofessional vibe. I emailed a cancellation. (After numerous failed attempts to get in touch with the coach). I explained the medical reason why I need to take a break, offered zero Critique and in fact was grateful and complimentary. The emailed response was so unprofessional, cold and lacking in any sort of people centric skill. As a resident, teacher and business owner in the Five Points community, it is sad that this business does not reflect the Five Points Spirit.
