  i have been taking classes @ Evolve for almost 10 years. i started taking private Pilates classes, and have had a few different teachers over the years, with my last being Melissa. i have now evolved into taking Gyrotonics with Carson, which i have grown to love. though the years the client care has been stellar, Chelsea has created a great space, which i love and appreciate the quality of all involved. i just got home from a great massage with Julie which i have incorporated into my jam. i love these ladies, and all they do to try to keep me moving.

  Evolve is my jam. I have been practicing Pilates off and on for ten years, and Evolve is the best studio in Raleigh in my opinion. What makes it so great? First, the atmosphere. I love the studio itself. It is spacious, inviting and fun. Second, the INSTRUCTORS!!! Do yourself a favor and sign up for a class with Lydia, Kristina and/or Betsy. They are seriously the best -- very encouraging, upbeat, funny and all around just ***awesome*** people. I have also taken a few classes with Melissa, Alicia, Matt, Michelle, Rebecca and Courtney, and they are awesome as well. Seriously - Evolve has some of the most talented instructors in North Carolina. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad class. Third, the price point is as low as you'll see in the Triangle. If you are new to the area or you have been thinking of trying Pilates, this is your spot.

  My private session with Matt was good BUT they changed their price quote before my session and never told me. The desk staff was not helpful. She gave the impression she would rather be anywhere else but there. I will try somewhere else next time.

  If I lived closer, I would be here several times a week. Very relaxing atmosphere. Part of that is the staff. They are welcoming and knowledgeable.

  An absolutely perfect studio in my opinion. Beautiful, clean, inviting surroundings. Friendly clientele.Teachers who really know their stuff. My favorite thing about the teachers is that they are trained to respect each student's level of practice. They will offer modifications for the more challenging poses, thereby making students feel very safe. I encourage everyone to take a class here and see what I mean.
