the atmosphere is beautiful. The people are too. Everything is where its suppose to be. You feel like you are suppose to be there.

Great lowkey bar with live band and good music. Drinks are good and at a good price. A lot of space for seating and a good amount of space to dance. The bouncers can be pretty handsy if they find you attractive, I would say that is the only negative.

As a foreigner coming to town, I was very pleased with this place. From the moment I walked in to the bar I felt very welcome. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with my request to surprise the owner (who wasn't there that day). Both the bartender and the manager helped me out and I got to meet the owner later on that night. As a side note: I was an exchange student in the US 18 years ago and went to school with the Claud, the owner of Harlem nights. So I had an excellent time at Harlem Nights. Thank you Jen and B for being very helpful that night. I appreciated it a lot.

Harlem Night's happy hour until 9pm is one of the best things ever. On almost any day of the week, you can some fun entertainment, good drinks, great service, all without having to break the bank. If you've got a secret passion for singing or poetry, check out their weekly Monday night open mic!

Cool vibe. Great aesthetic. Events booker Joe is a super fun guy! Great MC and books amazing artists for live music Saturdays. The bartenders could use help. Seems a little short staffed. But overall it feels like an old blues joint in New Orleans fell into the heart of Harlem. Also check out the live stand up comedy on Mondays and Wednesdays!
