They destroyed my husbands clothes twice and never reimbursed the damage. Furthermore, instead of dry cleaning they wash and iron clothes and it comes back yellow with iron stains. They are also very unwilling to re-clean when you are not satisfied with the results. Stay away!

Seems decent enough. Have used the by the pound wash and fold option some 6 times over the last year or so. Not to pricey (always around $13-17) seems like a solid job was done.

I had a pair of pants taken in at the waist. When I got it back home, I found the work done competently enough, though I would have preferred that the belt loop over the seam had been replaced, rather than relying on the remaining two now closer belt loops. However, when I looked closer, I realized that the pants had been pressed with the crease on the seam, 90 degrees away from the standard position -- wearable only if one wants to look like a clown. When I brought the pants back, I believe the woman at the counter claimed that they could not have done that (her accent prevented me from being certain.) However, when I asked "What can you do for me?", the response was clear: "Nothing". (The proper response would have been to offer to press them again.) I did not press the issue, because the work is sent out to be performed, and I could not get the pants back before I was due to leave the area. There is a Japanese tailor who does work in-house in another dry cleaner by the Flatbush/7th Ave subway stop that my Airbnb hostess had recommended. I regret not taking her advice.

Very prompt service. Robert, who is usually there most days, is incredibly friendly and always willing to work with you if you need something quickly. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other local dry cleaners. I highly recommend it!
