::This hotel is very nice. Great staff, breakfast is above average for a hotel self serve bar. WiFi is pretty solid, streaming was no problem. Nice, walkable location, very much to do within a short walk or Uber ride. Would stay again.

::This hotel just feels run down. From the super slow elevator to the dated rooms, it can use a remodel. Breakfast is okay but sausages are extremely overcooked as are the eggs. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned nicely. The bathroom is also older and my tub stopper didn't work correctly.

::Clean and quiet. Nicely updated for an older city building. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was the usual continental hotel breakfast and was well-prepared with plenty of selection. Pool is a decent size for a hotel with water maintained at a comfy temperature. Easy walking distance of theaters and many good restaurant options. About a half mile from the museum area, and we actually would have chosen to walk that if the weather hadn’t been incredibly windy, rainy, and chilly! The only things I could complain about are the construction in the parking garage that made parking and getting in and out slightly inconvenient, poor water pressure in the shower in our room, and the fact that all the towels (both at the pool and in the room), while perfectly clean, were very rough and scratchy. These were only minor inconveniences in an overall great stay, however!

::Great place for families (many breakfast options and pool), but also means very busy breakfast and pool area. Nice staff, but also seemingly understaffed (waited 1+ hours for towels in the pool area after multiple requests). Thin walls means you can hear guests to your side and above you; bring your earplugs. Great location. Some broken items in hotel room. Overall decent place for a family trip to MKE.

::The room was clean and fairly quiet. The hotel staff was accommodating. Most of the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. If you are going to be coming and going frequently, I'd recommend the valet parking versus the city parking garage (much more reasonable and you can come and go as you please, without paying each time). The pool/hot tub area is open till 11 pm and is nice. The daily Continental breakfast was good; lots of food options.
