Room has about 15 foot high ceilings, not sure if they all do but the guy I'm with is the same in the 5th floor and I'm on 7. So Huge windows. Good internet. Typical mixers, food isn't as good as some places but free beer is better than nothing. Friendly desk staff. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. We like the swinging door saloon just over the river.

Awesome hotel with extraordinary customer service. From check in to check out the stay was great. The location made it even better, right across the street from the Riverside and half a mile from the Miller high life theater the location was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. The desk clerk was a little rude and they over sold the hotel, so one person in our party got moved to another hotel. Rooms large and beds were nice.

I had an awesome stay here at the Residence Inn in Milwaukee! The hotel was very easy to find, and was really easy to find parking (the hotel has a lot and there is a parking garage across the street and charge the same price). Even though the hotel is located downtown, my room and my stay was very quiet. The hotel staff was super friendly upon check in, and were very good natured and humorous. They were great at providing directions to nearby sights and restaurants. The main lobby is gigantic, and was very clean. My room was simply amazing- great view of downtown Milwaukee, very clean and very spacious (super high ceilings!) My bed was very comfortable, and the entire room was squeaky clean. I really liked that there was a kitchenette inside the room! The morning breakfast was very good, and actually had a lot of good, healthy options. The exercise room was gigantic as well- it was full of tred mills, weights and bike machines. Overall, this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, and really enjoyed my time in Milwaukee!

Honestly a great experience. This Residence Inn was even better than what I expected. Every staff member I met was helpful, pleasant and in a good mood (how often do you encounter that in well, any business?). When you're spending days driving, random kindness and smiles are invaluable. As you'd expect from a Residence Inn, the entire place is spotless. What I didn't expect is how much space you get in a downtown hotel. The room is laid out so smartly. I wasn't sharing, but it's set up great if you're with a partner. The bathroom is split (shower area/vanity) and closet is large, with even a shoe rack. The bedroom is separated with large windows looking out at the city (love that). Desk area spacious with outlets everywhere (too many hotels don't realize how important that is). Kitchenette has everything you would need and like the rest of the hotel, spotless. Possibly the best hotel fitness center I've used. So much room with multiple cardio and weight training options. Speaking of options, breakfast is full of choices (always appreciate fresh fruit). On top of it all, the location couldn't be better-downtown so you can walk to things while also having incredibly easy access back to the highway. Look forward to coming back next time I come to or pass through Milwaukee.
