  I went to in to purchase two Rolex watches for my husband and my self at the ridglea locations and their employee Molly Walters and rhonda hilde, both employees, laughed and made fun of me, while a gentleman named Will tried to help me. I left of course after turning around to see her laughin at me with her camera pointed at me. No matter what if you are going in to make a large purchase you should feel great about the whole experience but this was not the case. I even heard her tell a custom “come in and buy something more expensive next time!” Like the older women’s purchase wasn’t good enough. I’ll be sure to never go to any location and I’ll also make sure that everyone knows when you walk in there you’re going to to feel like Julia Roberts in pretty women when she trieds to buy something from that melrose store and they shame her. While Will was very helpful the two ladies in the back laughing staring at me made me so uncomfortable. If you want great service stay away from haltoms. If you don’t dress a certain way or know someone there thru bad experience they will easily make you feel unwanted AND laugh loudly and stare at you while you turn around multiple times.

  Haltom's has treated me great during my recent engagement/wedding. John has been a great guy to work with through all of it. I can't recommended Haltom's enough!

  Definitely an amazing jewelry store. I was on a business trip and my watch stopped. I visited the store and they changed my battery and then said it was complimentary. Totally a classy store!

  These are some of the finest people that you will ever do business with. Even though they deal in some of the most expensive and high end jewelry that is available...They are completely unpretentious and go out of their way to make EVERYONE WHO WALKS IN THEIR DOOR FEEL WELCOME. Not only that, but they will replace the battery in your watch free of charge and ask only that you make a donation to the Tarrant food bank or other charity that they are currently helping. One of the salesmen there (Larry, at the Camp Bowie location) is an expert at sizing watch bracelets and doing minor repairs. He was able to size my new Seiko watch bracelet while I waited and did a perfect job of fitting it to my wrist. Overall...these are some really great people who treat everyone like they were special.
