::I won a pair of Kendra Scott earrings at a work function. They are nice but not my style. I took them (never worn, with tags) to this location to attempt to exchange them but the manager wouldn't allow it. I could see not allowing a return, but not an exchange. Very disappointed. *Update. I went to the Kendra Scott location at Clearfork where they were much more pleasant and allowed me to exchange my earrings for a pair I love. I would definitely go back to that location.

::The staff at this store is exceptional. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door, shown around and helped at the color bar. This was my first time at Kendra Scott and she was so patient with me showing me a million diffrent stonea ultimately ending in me finding the perfect quality every occasion necklace. As I was driving home I reached in my bag to show my sister and the necklace was gone,not in the bag. I frantically called the store to see if it had been found or still at the register. Star was sweet and reassuring. She told me to come to the store and they would help me and take care of everything. I got back to the store and everyone was so empathetic and helpful. I'll definitely be a customer for life. Thank you ladies!!!

::I visited this location on Saturday out of curiosity I had heard of the brand but never went into a store. I was not disappointed. I was greeted right at the door, and was told about the different parts of the store. I went straight for the color bar and again got excellent service. I will defiantly be sending my husband back for my birthday gift.
