Very solid natural wine menu. Cool appetizers: sardines and other yummy canned fishes, charcuterie, cured meat. Prosciutto was good but not mind blowing and served with a bit too much extra (jam, nuts, bread, fruit...). Not totally impressed by the (only) desert. Really cool stuff: you can buy half-bottle! That was perfect for me and myself... service was very perfect! Don’t go for a formal dinner, go to enjoy yummy wine and discuss with your friends or neighbors, or read (which I did...)

I went to this place with my girlfriend a couple of hours ago and honestly the experience was quite bad. We were seated in a table for 4 (not a very big table) and were very happy to have the whole table for us. But was wrong: while we were eating, a couple of guys (waiting for their friends) were seated in our table. The waitress/waiter/owners started moving our plates with food to make space for them and we could absolutely not enjoy the evening from that moment on. We were really squeezed, could not even take the food and eat properly, and the lady who served us did not care at all (I found her a bit rude). Tinned food was good, but the cooked one a bit too greasy. Generally overpriced

The service was not impressive. Came in with a group and they made a big stink about moving an employee working on a computer from one of the 2 tables so we could sit. Once we were seated the menus were thrown down in front of us. No rose on the menu, the waitress heard someone at our table say she didn’t like orange wine so when we asked about the rose they suggested orange wine. The menu is underwhelming at best. Only 5 wines can be ordered by the glass. Bottles are at least $60 and they were out of every bottle under $80. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I will not be back.

Having come from the Algarve it is a nice nostalgic turn. But not just that. Very nice wine list and thoughtful array of small plates. Don't be suspicious of the tins. Portuguese and Spanish preserved fish is to die for! The music (and volume) might be better suited to a club than a wine bar but to each their own! Definite gem.

Here is a glass of a really, really obscure South Australian wine. It is spectacular, and something I could never have anticipated drinking in Boston just off the common. Haley and co clearly have an appreciation and corresponding collection of excellent wines, and food, and judging by the huge number of people here at midnight on a Friday night, are clearly on to a winning combination. If I could walk in to a bar like this in every city I would be a happy, happy man.
