  O stars. The ZocDoc appt app does not work - it lists appointments that are "no longer available' when you actually try to book it. They never answer the phone and take weeks to call you back .

  This is NOT an urgent care center as it would appear on google. They offer "immediate care", which means that there billing system is extremely misleading. Expect to get a bill even if you have a good insurance policy! My daughter visited there when she cut her finger and they made her change her primary care physician to their office so insurance so it would cover the visit. They assured her this was the only way our insurance would cover the visit. After the visit I received a bill for $170 with no explanation. After many attempts to talk to both billing and the receptionist (there is no customer service) I sent an email to management. The response was even more baffling....:"We do provide immediate care which is walk-in services that are essentially the same as urgent care. However, based upon the way that we are contracted with insurance companies, we bill as an outpatient office, not an urgent care center. We do this since we offer primary care in the same clinic and it is difficult to be setup to bill some patients as an urgent care center and some patients as an outpatient practice" ....seriously??? So they are an urgent care center, but they really are an immediate care center but they can't bill as one???? Baffling!

  Went to Clinic during the work week when they first opened in the morning (without an appointment). The staff were efficient and helpful and I was treated right away. The facility is conveniently located and the office is clean.

  I made an appointment at this location, after climbing through the phone tree multiple times as there was no answer. Setting up the appointment once getting someone on the phone was easy and the employee was very nice. I checked with them twice that they accepted my insurance. Upon arriving, the front staffer was cold, rude, and literally did not make eye contact with me once. She took my insurance card and said "We don't accept this". After explaining that the appointment maker confirmed they did she responded with a helpful "I don't know why they told you that, we don't". After handing me my info back, again while failing to look at me once, I suggested that they should get on the same page with the scheduler then. My family has been here once before and the doctor we saw was helpful. But the front office has been very cold and unprofessional each time. Will be avoiding it at all costs.

  Very easy to get to via metro. Clean, modern office. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I walked in on New Year’s Eve, so I’m sure they were a little short staffed. I was in and out within an hour. No complaints.
