  I'm glad that most of the review here agree with what I'm going to say. Please stay away from this hospital. I regret every second ever since my last visit almost a year ago. That's a horrible experience doing blood work for a new school year. My pediatricion said they have children friendly environment. Not true at all. They require an excess amount of blood and my daughter fainted in the middle of the long fight, and the fact that she starved the whole morning waiting for her turn. The needle swirled in her vain and punctured the vessel and half of her hand got bruises. I later learned that you just need a finger tip of blood to get the tests done. I don't know if other children's hospital will do the same but please don't use this one.

  Great staff, wonderful doctors. They've always been available when we need them and very friendly. It's nice to go somewhere nearby and see a familiar face. We love all the outreach and community engagement they do to. Only minor thing is that we have seen an increase in the wait time before an appointment.

  The Reception nurse very have a bad attitude .i just ask some questions they very rough to me.alway has a bad time with them

  Not the doctor herself. She was great, but the nurse. We were scheduled for 10 30 am at Shaw Clinic. She put even walk ins before us and we were seen at 1 30 pm. And the attitude was the worse - A very frustrating visit - I like this doctor we have been visiting for years but I am thinking of changing because of the nurse we dealt with at our last visit at the clinic.
