  Nice place but very sad. They need to water the grassat night while playing classical music. The trees weep as well. Graveyards are suppose to reassure use that the after like few is full of bliss. Uncared feilds for morning past-on loved ones is harsh.

  I gave this place all 5 stars. And want to thank Lemuel Cannon for truly a wonderful job .. its never easy to say goodbye to our loved ones ...But Lemuel was very campasionate in the way he truly cared about our family from beginning to end ..We were given the opportunity to dress my son before the service ..And that was very special and private moment to grieve with my son Not to say good bye but until were together again... Thank you so much Lemuel for your services...on behalf of the Salcido family God bless you for the dedication....

  This cemetery is so unprofessional, they treat the family so horrible. For years we have had problems with them, we have tried to communicate professionally with the staff and they just do not care. I would suggest to anyone looking for a nice compassionate cemetery to bury your loved ones to not go here.

  Never a happy place for many reasons but to me it is nice to visit my parents in such a historical setting. This is where my mom would feel at home and my dad would be the happiest for eternity. I might not come as often as I used to so my visits are longer and more of a history lesson for my son. I hope I will rest here some day.....but not yet!

  I want to warn everyone before using Greenwood cemetery for your loved one’s funeral needs. They will make the loss of your loved one even more difficult by taking advantage of people grieving. We have had the worst experience with Jesus and management at Greenwood cemetery during one of the most difficult times in our lives. This is a business in which their primary objective will always be to maximize profits at all cost necessary. After the unexpected passing of my brother we contacted Greenwood cemetery and they deceived us with hidden fees and service charges. They will intentionally lie to make a sale on items like gravestones, caskets, grave liners, transportation within cemetery just to make an extra profit. They will require loved ones to get extra unnecessary items like a bronze gravestone instead of granite because they can charge an extra 200 $ for “assembly”. The “memorial install” fee is 500$, which is a 18”x24” hole. Think twice before contacting Greenwood. Also, they are required by law to give you a breakdown of the fees before you sign any contract.
