  Jimmy was amazing and compassionate. When our little Kiwi passed, we were distraught, but Jimmy made thay rough time easier with true and sincere empathy. I just lost my Ginger this morning and I won't entrust her to anyone but Jimmy and Entrusted Pets. Thank you for being wonderful people in terrible times.

  Our dog Max passed away today late Saturday afternoon and we were upset and saddened with grief. We weren't prepared in having any services lined up and being late Saturday added to our stress. We called Entrusted Pets and Jimmy was such an outstanding person in helping us out at this time he had gone home for the day and told us it would not be a problem to meet us back at work to take Max in I cant say enough of what a caring person he was to us at this emotional time. We had time to say our goodbyes and it was a blessing to have dealt with Jimmy and Entrusted Pets. We cant say enough what an outstanding and caring person Jimmy is I would highly recommend when you need this type of service to give Entrusted Pets a call!

  Had a wonderful 1st time experience with Entrusted Pets. Jimmy's hospitality was amazing, and he provided the greatest customer service. He got to know us, comforted us, explained all the different options they have for cremation. He also made me a clay of my dog's paw-print to keep, along with the ashes. He helped us turn a very sad emotional situation into a comforting experience. 5 Stars, I recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Jimmy

  When our cat died suddenly and unexpectedly, we weren’t sure where to have her cremated. My husband and I called our veterinarian’s office and the staff there wasn’t very friendly or empathetic; they also didn’t seem very affordable. We called several other clinics and none of them seemed to care that we’d just lost a beloved member of our family—they just seemed to want our money. Not to mention, none of them do cremations themselves (they have you pay them and then they hand your pet over to a company that does). We selected Entrusted Pets because their staff (namely Jimmy) was really friendly and empathetic. They were also more affordable than all of the vet clinics we called. Our cat was tastefully placed on a cushion while we filled out a form, giving Entrusted Pets permission to cremate her. Jimmy made an impression of our cat’s paw in some clay and gave it us—something we weren’t expecting, but happily accepted. My only complaint is that Jimmy failed to contact us, to let us know that our cat’s cremains were ready for pick up. My husband and I could’ve picked her cremains up, a lot sooner, had he just called us. He made up for it by giving us a nicer urn, free of charge.
