  They charged me for my room but didn't allow me to check in at all. Had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. I had better be getting that money back

  Rooms were very nice. Price was absolutely unbeatable for quality per dollar.. But what I want to stress here is the service The front desk associate Sharrman, Was hands down the most courteous, and professional person I've worked with in any hotel booking experience. I will not stay anywhere else when in the area.

  When My husband & I checked in for our reservation the front desk agent Charmaine was amazing. She made us feel welcomed & first priority. The room was clean & fresh there were no issues at all. We we're in our room for about 5 mins when She had called & asked how everything was & hope that we enjoy our stay & if we needed anything just call down to the front desk & she will assist us. You guys need more employees like her. We'll be sure to tell our family & friends were to stay whenever they come into town. We will be coming back soon. Thanx charmaine

  I’m only giving 5 stars because of Becca!! She is absolutely AMAZING!! Her customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! Not only is she professional and polite, she is very knowledgeable about the area and very personable. When everything was going wrong for me, Becca was patient and very helpful, unlike other front desk staff that I had dealt with. Becca is the only reason I haven’t gone to another hotel. EVERYTIME I see her, she has. Smile on her face and is always welcoming. I honestly believe this place would be a serious train wreck without her. Even at her busiest, she always makes time to help guests and solve any issues that may arise with a positive attitude!!! SHE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!!

  They did some renovation to this place and overall it's pretty nice for the money. But whoever installed the floors should maybe be drawn and quartered. Or at least get a stern talking to. Every time I've been here I've walked on some part in the floor that's "floating". Step on certain areas and you can feel massive air bubbles underneath the floor as if they weren't properly glued down or they're unevenly shaped, or both, or whatever. That'll likely cause a massive problem for the business when water starts getting under there, especially in the bathrooms. Anyway, the last time I stayed the female I was with got there first and called me to complain about the room being dirty. They gave her a different room which was fine, but shouldn't have been necessary. My two cents...
