::The most rudest customer service I've ever experienced! Wasn't sure who she was helping but very unprofessional if you talking to 1 customer address or acknowledge them. Time of service 6:05pm 3/21/23 ie front desk!

::I've stayed at extended stays all over the country. This location is the cleanest by a long shot. The staff is attentive and helpful for anything guests need. If you're in south Denver DTC. it's definitely worth checking out. Cheap laundry vending and full kitchens make it worth every penny!

::Love love LOVE this location and everything about it. Rooms are SO spacious yet very cost efficient. I thought my last Extended Stay was budget friendly and after coming here I’m almost offended by the last place. And if you somehow manage to find a better deal, they’ll help you out instead of tell you you’re out of luck. I haven’t had a single negative or distasteful experience with any staff member here. They really deserves some recognition on the general kindness throughout the entire building. Staff and employees go out of their way to make sure you walk away with a smile on your face even during stressful situations. Professional, friendly, helpful. I mean you really couldn’t ask for more. And guests in the building have all seemed kind as well. I’ve lived in a few locations and this is the least sketchy atmosphere I’ve been in. I would feel comfortable telling my family to bring their kids up here for a visit or even to stay a while because it really does feel safe. The location is great but other places nearby do have some issues with a little riff raff floating in every now and then, I haven’t experienced that here at all. Security measures are up-to-date and they don’t hesitate to take care of any business required to keep it that way. You couldn’t pay me to rave about this place and that’s only because I would do it for free. I genuinely mean that. Thank you, all of you here at Extended Stay- DTC South for not only giving me a home, but making it feel like one too.

::Great place! Just got here a night ago but can tell you so many wonderful things about this place already. The manager, Lecia, is extremely kind and welcoming and you can tell that she really cares about the people that come to stay here. The room I got was spotless! I did have to wait about 40 minutes past the 3pm check in time but it was well worth it. I am excited that I found such a gem of a hotel to stay at for an extended period of time. Especially because the weekly rate is very affordable.

::Absolutely amazing! They have been the best help up front! Anytime I needed something or had questions they always had an answer for me! The room it self has been great! My husband and I are very comfortable here! And the best part for us is our ESA are comfortable and welcomed! Thanks for everything!
