  Price gouging going on at this store. For example, if an item doesn't have a colored barb, it automatically becomes a "boutique" item. I found a nice sportcoat without a tag that fit me (normally $9). I take it to the register. They see I like it and it doesn't have a tag. "Sir, this is a boutique item. It is $19.99," they say. What!? It was a nice coat, but no Gucci or something special. I pass. This has happened to me twice already at this store.

  At 1445 hrs on 5/3/2018 I asked the "manager " to price a lampshade that was separated from its lamp. The shade had a price tag of $19.90 and still had the hardware from the lamp on it. I told her that I was unsuccessful in locating the rest of the lamp but might purchase the shade if she would price it separately. She responded that she would charge me the $19.90 price and made absolutely no effort to locate the rest of the lamp. Inferior and nauseating customer service.

  Seems like a pretty normal Goodwill. Folks were really nice. My reasons for giving three stars are as follows. A) the parking lot was pretty stressful. The donations line was literally 20 cars deep. Traffic was backed up on the highway from the donation line. Which leads me into my next point. B) I thought since the donation line was all BMWs and Audi's that the place would be replete with riches. Not so much. Alot of the shelves were mostly empty. Sooooooooo. Don't go on Saturday or Sunday if you are just looking for a leisurely shopping jaunt, skip it. I did get two cool coupe glasses though. 😊

  Due to the construction I pulled into the wrong area for donations. As I was trying to back out one of the workers on the donation crew starting slamming the hood of my vehicle. This conduct was completely uncalled for and unprompted. I will NEVER be donating anything to here every again.

  The store use to be amazing and then I stopped working there...the quality of the items are no good anymore and the store definitely over prices the items especially the damaged items!! :/ Donation line could smile a little more but hey who wants to stand outside through the burning sun, pouring rain, freezing snow, freezing winds for minimum wage...Goodwill could truly do better especially the way they treat their staffing on the line ...(mind you no one ever complains) which should compel any normal human to want to help make their day a little better these men are here because they have changed their life about 360 degrees. Respect is earned and these guys definitely deserve much more respect from their company they work very hard for regardless of their environment... I wish the production team could work on improving the quality of items that the managers are allows to hit the sales floor...
