::A low-pressure studio with great instructors (and students), generally focused a little less on the technical side of things. I've been going for about a year and really like it there. My only minor complaint is the limited schedule - it's a single room, so they don't have many options, but I do wish there were morning classes or some nights with more varied after-work timing. As long as the schedule works for you, the membership is totally worth it!

::I’ve been going to Anthony for massages here for years. Today I saw Ramiro and they are both amazing. I highly recommend either of them if you need a nice massage!!

::I love this studio and all of the wonderful instructors I've had the good fortune of meeting! There are a variety of fun and fresh classes to chose from. And it is just such a positive a welcoming experience and space! Don't be discouraged if they're a little hard to find (it's the stairway just to the left of the MickeyDs).
