  I only used 1 star because there's no option for "0"...This has been my worst experience and I never even made it to the chair. I left a deposit for an implant. After researching Dr. Andrew Marin, I was appalled by the reviews. I should have known when he said to me...."If I go in and think you need bone grafting, then I will do it..." He should have been able to determine that from the x-rays... The person who answers the phone is rude, abrupt and pretty much angry. The office "manager" is no better. He still has yet to refund my $ which he promised to do 2 days ago. Then when I call, I'm spoken to like a pig..."Oh well...." The office is never open. I'm just appalled...Dr. Marin has no Bio, reviews, or references. I should have done my research prior to leaving a deposit.

  Called and made appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant and understanding. I am extremely scared of the Dentist so the arrangements was for sedation. Arrived on time filled out the necessary paperwork. Made it known again I need sedation. Eventually went in for X-ray, while talking to X-ray tech. once again made it known I need sedation. Went into Dentist chair, dentist walks in - hi what are we doing today. Apparently he is now just being informed that i needed to be sedated. At this time he started going through draws, closet rooms ect. looking for sedation drugs/equipment ect. Then he turns to me and says he is out of the drugs/equipment or whatever. And I have to set a new appointment. Not a chance --- Anyhow that's my personal experience. I eventually went to Kings highway Oral & Maxillo. Surgery, and wow best decision made.

  I went here for the first time because my previous dentist had closed down. After getting X-rays, Dr. Zahra had spoken to me about my wisdom teeth because they had seemed to be causing some crowding in my mouth. She explained to me what I could do for them or what I could not do. She was patient and knew a great amount about the subject. I highly recommend this place.

  I went here with the intention of finding a permanent dentist that I could comfortably revisit; this place definitely got the job done. I went for a cleaning and x-rays and the dentist and the assistants were great. They were comfortable to speak to and made me feel like I was in good hands. You will definitely see me coming back.

  My mom has always been a harder patient to deal with. She is getting older and fragile. She has quite the attitude and won't let people do anything, especially a doctor or dentist. I am so incredibly thankful that someone told us about this one. She has warmed up to this dentist. I am not sure what it is about them (probably their gentle words and patience) that allows her to be calm. I am just glad she is finally able to take care of her dentures. They were starting to cut into her gums. This dentist told us it was because they were the wrong fit and they got to the issue quick.
