  Went to plaza dental because I needed an extraction and cleaning. I was really hoping it would work out because I can barely get any days off of work until the school year is over. My appointment was for 12:30 but being the early person that I am, I get there for 12pm. I get there and there’s about 15 people waiting 😒. I signed in and the bald man at the front desk did not greet me. I sit there for 30 mins and still no one is being called. I wait a little longer and 2 women walk in and was immediately greeted with “hi are you new patients? Fill out this paper work”. Immediately I’m shocked because I’ve been sitting there, (now for an hour) and have not been greeted or acknowledged. So I quickly get up before he disappeared to the back for the 100th time but he already got away. I waited for about 5 mins for him to return. While waiting I noticed that 7 people were still ahead of me! (I know how customer service works if you’re rude then it won’t solve the issue) when he returns I say “hi I’ve been waiting for over an hour and I wasn’t offered any paper work.” He rolls his eyes and rudely says “WELL I DIDN’T KNOW THAT YOU WERE NEW.” I smiled got my bag and walked out. I can not give a business or anyone my hard earned money if they are rude and disrespectful. Please do not go to this place. Time is important and obviously they don’t respect people’s time and have no sense or kindness. So disappointed

  Where do I start?? I like to write positive reviews, but my encounters there have been far from pleasant. Prior to scheduling my first appointment there, I was informed they FULLY accepted my Union benefits, it wasn't until AFTER they told me I would require surgery that they only accepted parts of it. Then went on to charge A LOT of out of pocket money. I was also contacted over the phone with a "gentleman" that sounded more like a bill collector. He was very rude, would not provide his name and when I would ask to speak with someone else in the office, I was informed that "there's no one here but me". Subsequently a Union Rep contacted them, got the same person on the line and received the same treatment. Poor POOR customer service.

  Went to this dental facility as a new patient to do an annual regular clean and check up. A few weeks after they put in false claims with my insurance for services that was not performed. Dr. Krishna Prya Yernei, who saw me for my appointment talked more with her assistant than to me. She wasn't attentive to me nor did she consult with me over my teeth and over the dental procedure doing. With what I experienced here I would not recommend anyone to this establishment. Also if you do plan on going here be sure to check with your insurance before and after you go in for an appointment. I've gone to other dental facility in the past and it was much better than what I experienced at Georgetown Dental Spa. Again check your insurance because Georgetown Dental Spa does not consult with you on procedures that they will perform and bill for. I did inquire about what I needed done as a new patient with Georgetown Dental yet what was filed with my insurance was not what I went in for. New patient beware

  You probably can't find many people who look happy once they leave a dental office, but I know that I had this feeling when I left Georgetown Dental Spa. If I say that I was completely satisfied with the service I got in this dental center, I would be providing an understatement. I am more than happy with my beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Krishna and her incredible team. One of my colleagues at work recommended Georgetown Dental Spa because he believed that Dr. Krishna and her team will meet and exceed my expectations. To be honest, I况e checked few other places all over Brooklyn and consulted a few dentists, but I found that Dr. Krishna is prepared to go above and beyond for me. Starting from the professional phone call to the clean office equipped with modern equipment, her experienced and friendly team provided an amazing dental experience from the beginning to the end. As she has pointed out she will never leave a patient to leave his office if the work he has done is not perfect! Thanks to Georgetown Dental Spa I况e got the best smile ever. I would highly recommend this dental office to any person who cares about their oral health.

  I typically do not enjoy going to the dentist. In fact, most of my life I have been somewhat afraid of sitting in the chair and having my teeth worked on. I cannot explain how relieved I am to have found Dr. Krishna. Something that I truly dreaded was turned into a relaxing and calm experience. Dr Krishna is so knowledgeable and personable that you just know that you are in good hands. That little bit of mental security is what I have been looking for in a dentist for a long time. If you are normally nervous going to the dentist, look no further. Dr. Krishna is the best.
