  You know how they say moving is one of life‘s most stressful events? Not if you use Gentle Giant. These guys are impressive! They show up exactly on time; practically run their way through your house as they are packing, loading, and unloading; have amazingly positive attitudes (asking them to do something extra seems to make them happy – they seriously seem to take the approach of wanting to overdeliver on your expectations); and are super professional and efficient. I would never use another moving company after having these guys run my last several moves.

  I hired Gentle Giant based on recommendations and comparing prices. They were a little higher priced than some, but not the most expensive. The crew worked hard that day - it was July, so a bit hot. The defining factor for me was the customer service. There was damage to a table and they responded right away and we came to a resolution.

  They were professional, on time, fast and didn't sit around and look they had nothing to do. I used them for their Crane services. I will say if you are thinking of hiring a crane company to move furniture or what not...then hire these guys! I can not say enough amazing things about how professional and easy the crane moving was. The operator Rudy and the two young guys he brought along were all so accommodating and made me feel everything was in good hands. I will be using them again in the future!

  I would give them more stars if possible. Our move took 3 days and everyday the crew showed up on time and ready to work carefully and efficiently. Each crew member introduced themselves by name, took time to ask questions and were overall polite, courteous and professional. Gentle Giant made our huge move much easier than we could have imagined!! I will only use them in the future!

  Gentle Giant knew exactly what to do. They brought all the supplies I needed to pack and move my furniture and belongings into the storage container I had in front of my apartment building. All three guys were very helpful and professional. Moving with Gentle Giant took all the stress out of the moving process for me and I know my items were handled with extreme care and caution. They even had a solution for keeping my live plants safe during my move! Couldn't have done it without them!
