  Terrible company. It’s the dead of winter and the person who is meant to be delivering our oil has not come for the past three consecutive days when I HAVE ALREADY PAID. They give a 5 hour ambiguous window of time when they should arrive and they do not show up. I've called over 20 times and the phone just keeps ringing. Guess me and my family are going to freeze tonight in 10 degree weather. Worst service of my entire life. Thanks genesis.

  This company was open and delivering oil on new years eve. They didn't add a surcharge for a Sunday/ holiday delivery. I will use them again.

  I just had a oil burner tune up done, this is the first time I have used Genesis Oil. The company called and gave me a window of when the technician would arrive and he was right on time. He did a great job and also explained what he had done. The price I was quoted was the price I received even though I believe the technician did more than he had to. I would recommend this company and will be using them again.
