  Very disappointing... I used this company without seeing the reviews and unfortunately my experience is the same. The sales person is very nice and professional but I thought it was a huge red flag for them to be using the thermal sensor instead of a thermal camera. I've had to call them twice already because so many spots are missed and the holes they make in the house on the outside seems to be the source of cold air leaking in. They do not answer the phone anymore and you have to leave a message, which they will call you back I guess if they think its new business. For others, i have not yet received any call back. They are unable to setup appointments and tell you someone will call you 3-4 days before they will come. I guess I have to wait for the next 12 months hoping they will randomly call me to setup a appointment at their convenience. But seriously, how can you be in the insulation business and not buy a thermal camera to show your work, or attempt to sell your product when they cost about ~$200 now. Anyway, the reviews left are consistent with my experience. Even if they do come back to fix my stuff, they should not need to come back in the first place. Entire columns were missed with no obstruction on the inside.

  This Company Is Unreal!!!They Sent This. Big FatvGuy To Our House,Now don’t get me wrong I’m a little overweight Myself But This salesman just Looked Gross!!!!Anyway gave us his estimate which was three times higher than two other estimates we had already gotten then once I Read about The Fire ,This So Called tragedy , That occurred about 4 or 5 years ago that they burn someone’s house downin the HamptonsOf Long Island NY! We were wise to call The Better Business Bureau! And they confirmed the story even though it’s not listed in the reviews online I guess because after three years they take them down I don’t know why it wasn’t listed !! I said no honey we better get one more estimate or call the other two!!!!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE INSULATION MY WALLS STILL DRAFTS EVERYWHERE! THEY SENT SOME BIG FAT GUY TO MY HOUSE TO TRY AND CALM ME DOWN! NEVER AGAIN I SHOULD READ REVIEWS MORE OFTEN BEFORE I HIRE ANYONE !

  We Found on the B.B.B. also known as the Better Business Bureau!!!!! This company we heard is very careless and reckless they have alot of complaints on google and other places as well! This Company Burned down!, Someones House in the Hamptons in New York of all places!!!!Then tryed to deny responsabilty by saying it wasnt thier fault when the fire dept said it was because they blew the insulation into the fireplace shaft very careless! Thank god The People Got out of the house in time! This COMPLAINT is Older Than 3 years So Its Not Listed In The Company's Complaint History On The B.B.B History Complaints About This Tragedy!Call The B.B.B About This Fire! Call The B.B.B. For the Details!Remember they might even lie for the company and deny that there was ever a report because companies pay them $500 a year to use their logo on the website call the fire department if you need to!!!!!

  They insulated our business last week of August 12th!!!!!! and then we noticed that there weresome items missing from the one of the offices!!!!Well we will be contacting the proper authorities and we called the owners and they said they don't any idea she talked for 10 minutes and said there's nothing they can do,She said that when sometimes they hire illegals they take a chance and I said to her I can't believe you just said that to me!!unbelievable!!
