  this is a place that never pick up your phone call. therefore, any check back later kind of promise is worth nothing. e.g. buy a game without its case and telling you to check back later. A month later, mail box is still full

  Red headed manager was very rude. After finding a problem with a digital promotion, he told us to call the toll free number to fix. He didn't offer any assistance.

  Went by to see what kind of used PS3 game they had. Store associate helped me find games I'd like based on previous games I said I enjoyed. It had been years since I played anything and he was spot on anyway. Friendly knowledgeable staff and decent selection with fair prices and return policy.

  Best place in Lexington in my opinion Sammy and Mitchell are probably my personal favorite employees very helpful very kind.
