::Hello, I have requested to stop international calling from my account more then 15 times. I live in lancaster and i have to drive through all way to lexington to get my money back by wasting my 10 dollars gas. Everytime i go there and they say that they have stop calling feature internationally but still working. This time i went on 5/11/18 at 4 to 4:30 pm they told me to get out of the store and this was rude and told me to call 611 because they dont have authority . If they dont have authority then why do they told me that they have stoped international calling in my last visit in april. Now i have to pay for it. I am with att for last 17 years. The manager chris runs a gang with the guy called tyler. Chris the manager told me to get of the store and this made me feel bad for att as i havent been this type of situation in my life with att. Clay is very nice and the lady manager works before was a good. If they dont have authority to stop international callin then why do they say that they have stoped. They ned to say u need to call 611. We believe what they say and if it is yor fault than why dont they correct instead of saying call on 611 and ask for the status of your internationall calling. I advice all the people reviewing this comment as they speak please call to call center too to confirm the things which you requested for. Becozz this people are not properly trained and might ripp you off. Stay away from this bad people.
