  I’m a member of Guess’s mailing list service (called Pulse I think), which gets me extra coupons and eals up to 30% off which is why I shop here. Sometimes I have good luck and find tons of stuff I like and other times the selection seems picked over and inventory low. Unfortunately this was one of the low inventory trips so I left empty-handed.

  I’m going to assume that the G stands for great because that’s what this store is. So many great everyday clothing options that fit just about every style and fashion. I got a pair of Guess jeans for Christmas and I just got around to exchanging them for a different size and even though they were bought months ago, the manager was still more than happy to help me out.

  I had a bad experience today with there costumer service i dont even know how to explain how i feel. I walked in to the store with my guess wallet that i had bought a month ago with my friend and we were looking around all of a sudden i notice the girls that work there were just following us around but i ignored it so i kept shopping. Finally one of the girls decides to approach me and rudely asks me if she can hold the wallet because she thought i had stolen it.

  Costumer Service is the WORST! My girlfriend wanted to buy a pair of boots and it was only one, we ask for help and the guy looks in a rush to leave us and he didn't even offer to help to find the other one, then we ask for help again and they never find the other booth, they're excuse was "another costumer lost it"!
