  Service is horrible, manager is clueless at the store policies, at the end of the day it’s an outlet and you get what you pay for.

  I wanted a new pair of joggers for lounging around the house and I found an awesome pair I loved at American Eagle. It has been awhile since I bought anything from AE but I had good luck from the moment I walked into the store. Everything was neat and tidy and I found 3 separate styles I liked within minutes of walking in. The cashier was even able to find my old AE Rewards card that I had set up at least 7 years ago by looking up my phone number – I couldn’t believe they still had me on file!

  The place is clean but I feel they are overpriced compared to higher end brands.
